By accessing or using Shotsta, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Services Provided

Shotsta provides users the ability to:

• Book sports grounds based on location
• Create teams and schedule matches
• Start matches via QR code scanning at the venue
• Control match scoring using in-app remote features
• Display live match scores on connected screens

3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings require advance payment (entry fee)
• All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
• Match duration is based on user selection at the time of booking
• Failure to arrive on time may result in reduced or forfeited playtime

4. Match Rules & Fair Play

• Users must maintain sportsmanship and fair play
• Score updates are controlled by users via remote system
• Any manipulation, misuse, or cheating may lead to suspension or ban

5. QR Code & Match Start

Matches can only begin after scanning the official QR code at the venue. Unauthorized use, duplication, or misuse of QR codes is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Recording & Surveillance

Matches may be recorded using cameras installed at the venue. By using Shotsta, you give your consent to being recorded for security, monitoring, dispute resolution, and service improvement purposes.

7. User Responsibilities

• Respect other players, staff, and venue property
• Follow all rules and regulations of the ground
• Ensure proper conduct during matches

8. Liability Disclaimer

Shotsta is not liable for any injuries, accidents, personal loss, or disputes that occur during matches or at partner venues. Users participate at their own risk.

9. Account Suspension

Shotsta reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms without prior notice.

10. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of Shotsta after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
